Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Summo+ account and all associated data at any time. Summo+ is operated by Boutique Web Development.
How to request deletion
- 1In the Summo+ app, open Settings → Profile, scroll to the Danger Zone, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
- 2Or email asterisk@summo.plus from your account address and we will delete your account for you.
What is deleted
Your purchases and their items, receipts and receipt images, shopping lists, your pantry inventory, spending trends and predictions, and your sign-in details (email, name, and profile photo).
What is kept
Your account record is anonymized — your email, name, and photo are removed. Linked to that anonymized record we keep your billing and subscription history, AI-usage logs, and any feedback you have sent, for accounting and to improve the product. We also keep fully anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you.
Personal identifiers are fully removed within 30 days of your request.
